Having joined SWT as an intern in 2002 and transitioning to a full-time role in 2003, Bonnie boasts over two decades of experience in leading diverse teams. Her primary focus centers on strategic systems planning and fostering community engagement, particularly spearheading several of the company's transformative urban projects. Additionally, Bonnie oversees the firm's Human Resources department.

At the core of Bonnie's work is a distinctive fusion of landscape architecture, architecture, and planning within the metropolitan landscape. Her core passion revolves around delivering economically and environmentally responsible design solutions to our diverse clients.
