World Wide Technology Headquarters

World Wide Technology (WWT)is a global leader in advanced technology solutions. Their new corporate headquarters building nestled into the existing Westport Plaza development brings new life and shared amenities to the development. SWT Design worked closely with WWT, Westport Plaza, and the design team to integrate the new office building and parking structure into the surrounding area of mixed retail, hotels, and office space.

An expansive elevated plaza provides a connection from the new office building to adjacent hotel and retail while concealing the loading docks below. Green roofs and a terraced lawn overlooking the lake extend the plaza space and offers occupiable green space. A gently meandering boardwalk completes the loop fitness trail leading from the plaza around the perimeter of the existing development.
